PSP Brushes
PSP Brushes can help add some effect to layouts. You can get some PSP Brushes here. Choose and download as many as you like.

1. Go into the folder you saved the brushes into and unzip them.

2. Open up Paint Shop Pro and open the picture in which you plan to add brushes to. Choose a color for your brush.

2. Click the paint brush tool and then the little blue window icon at the top of your screen. tool options icon

4. A small pop-up window will come up. This is your Tool Options window. It is very handy and used quite often for editing images. Click the brush icon at the top of that little window if it isn't already selected and showing what kind of brush is already set. Most likely it is a square or a circle. To start using your own brushes, click the second brush icon you see on the Tool Options window. It has an arrow beside it (example).

5. Go Custom > click the picture on your left. The brushes you downloaded should be there. If not, then go to Custom > Edit Paths. Erase all the stuff on the top text box and look for the folder that the brushes are in (ex: mine are in C:/Downloads/PSP Brushes)

6. Select your brush and edit your image. Play with the size and opacity of the brush for a better blending effect. Don't worry about the Step or Build up. Here is mine.
