This tutorial shows you how to use pattern backgrounds in PSP. Want some free patterns? I have some simple pixel ones here for you. 1. Open up your pattern. 2. Click on the arrow next to your 1st color block under "Styles" (under your color swatch). Click on the third square (  ). 3. Click on the new pattern. A new box will open up, click on the pattern again. 4. You will see your image as one of the available patterns. Click again. 5. To use your pattern, create a new background for your layout and click on the flood fill tool (  ). Click on your background and the pattern should fill the image. Now you can start creating your layout!Youll need to make the pattern a repeating background on your layout page for your layout to look complete! All you need to do is add the pattern image url in your CSS. |
