3D Text looks awesome when done correctly. Scroll to the bottom for my results. 1. Open up your image that you want to put the the 3D Text on. 2. Click the text tool and customise the preferences in the text window so it is similiar to this. The red circles indicate necessary settings for 3D text. When using 3D Text I reccomend the font size is high, thick and the weight is bold. This gives the font's "innards" more space to look 3D. 2. Click OK, but do not deselect. Make sure your text still looks like this. 3. Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel. 4. These settings will give you my exact results. Feel free to change it up. 5. This is your finished product. I added a drop shadow for effect. |
